Loans to companies and organizations

Corporate lending has always been one of the main INVESTBANK activity. Bank lending policies are built on principles that seek to establish long-term partnerships with each client and seamlessly combine classic and new products and services. The bank responds to changing client needs in terms of financing their activities and to growth in the demand for investment lending. The bank offers loans for charter activities, including acquisition of fixed assets and other intangible assets, as well as for other purposes, as permitted by current legislation. Loans are offered to commercial entities and entrepreneurs not established as commercial entities in Russian rubles and foreign currency. The bank and the client work together to choose between types of lending, depending on client business activities and target use of funds.

Lending terms range from 1 to 12 months. Based on financial stability and the development of the banking services market, the bank seeks to increase the portfolio share of mid- and long-term loans.

Investbank interest rates for lending are market competitive and are based upon individual client history, volume and economic lending parameters, as well as type of collateral and several other factors.

Types of lending:

Short-term loans in rubles and foreign currencies are offered to satisfy the immediate working asset needs of clients and are issued in a lump sum payment and are repaid according to a schedule or upon contract termination.

Overdraft (lending resulting from insufficient funds on checking accounts) is a special type of short-term lending in which the bank makes payment on client bills in excess of client account balance, within a set limit. The purpose of overdraft lending is to provide uninterrupted payment despite short-term shortages of funds on client accounts. Financially stable and creditworthy clients with reliable cash flows on Investbank accounts may qualify for unsecured loans.

Credit lines in rubles or foreign currencies are offered by installment and term, as established by lending contracts. Credit lines offer the possibility of gradually employing borrowed funds within the framework of set limits, with the opportunity for partial repayment and new lending potential. This form of lending allows clients to precisely regulate cash flows and take advantage of business production cycles to obtain goods and conduct trade activities.

Investment lending—the bank invites clients to apply for long-term lending support of investment projects aimed at new production, reconstruction, upgrading and expansion of existing production. Should a client lack a business plan, he is able to consult with bank specialists to develop one based on data collected during project initiation.

Bank guarantees are issued in Russian rubles and foreign currencies, and the bank is required to provide a previously set amount in case of non-fulfillment of obligations by the client. The guarantee may be granted to:

- Guarantee return of an advance;
