Currency control

The purpose of currency regulation and currency control in the Russian Federation is to provide for realization of a unified state currency policy, as well as stability of Russian currency and the internal currency market of the Russian Federation as factors for the progressive development of the national economy and international economic cooperation.

INVESTBANK duties as a currency control agent:

- Prepare transaction certificates on foreign trade contracts and lending contracts for clients;

- Execute currency control in regard to observance of resident and non-resident Russian federal currency legislation and decrees by currency regulatory agencies for conducting currency operations in foreign currencies and in Russian currency;

- Conduct a full and timely audit of all client currency transactions;

- Consult on issues regarding Russian federal currency legislation;

- Offer consulting to clients regarding completion of currency control documentation.
