Aid to borrowers who have been issued mortgage loans
in the City of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad Region

In compliance with Instruction No. A4-12192 Pad of 06.08.2009 by A. Dvorkovich, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation on aid to borrowers who have been issued mortgage housing loans and are unable to meet their current obligations under such loans due to negative changes to their financial situation, INVESTBANK hereby informs clients of the government aid to borrowers in the City of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad Region.

The government aid is provided by the Agency for Restructuring of Housing Mortgage Loans by restructuring existing debt under mortgage loans.
